Here is your chance to experience Crete bathed in elegance and style like a true sybarite! After arriving to Athens and taken to a private half day tour of the major sites of the capital, including Acropolis and its incredible museum, you will be transported to Santorini, for three days of exploration of one of the most beloved islands in all of Greece. Wild landscape, fine wine, historical sites, picturesque villages and a truly awe-nspiring sunset all co-exist in the same small patch of land, in what can only be described as a splendorous cornucopia of diversity.

The main course of this program will be served in Elounda Bay, a haven of lavishness on Eastern Crete. A meticulously planned tour of the islet of Spinalonga, Agios Nikolaos and Kritsa, will provide a rare insight into traditional Cretan life and its history, as the beautiful bay of Elounda is a marvelous starting point to explore the region. Day 1 - Arrival in Athens
On arrival you will be met by our assistant who will welcome you to Athens and answer any questions you may have. Afterwards, your personal driver will transfer you to your selected hotel for some well-earned rest. Take the rest of the day to become accustomed to the rhythm of the city and take soak in the amalgam of antiquity and contemporary culture that is Athens.

Day 2 - Athens half day sightseeing tour
After breakfast we will meet you at your hotel and start the morning private Athens sightseeing tour. An essential part of any visit to Athens, this private tour will take you to the most important landmarks of the Greek capital, culminating in the historic Acropolis and its magnificent museum. Learn about the history of Athens, not just during its Golden Age, but through the centuries, by visiting more contemporary sites, such as the National library and the Greek Parliament. After witnessing history come alive you will have the afternoon to spend as you wish; perhaps find a traditional tavern in Plaka or to do some shopping in Ermou street…

Day 3 - Arrival in Santorini
In the morning, your driver will transfer you from your hotel to the airport to catch your flight to Santorini. Our local collaborator will be waiting to pick you up at the airport and take you to your selected hotel. Take the rest of the day to stroll down the island’s cobblestoned alleys and discover a high point to watch the gorgeous Santorinian sunset. Make sure you have a glass of local wine in your hand as the sun dips in the turquoise water of the Aegean in a splendid hue of gold that fills the sky.

Days 4 & 5 – Experience Santorini
The wild volcanic past of Santorini has indelibly shaped the island’s geology, created a number of unique sites you shouldn’t miss out on. Shaped like a crescent, most of Santorini’s coast is facing the side of the submerged volcano –or caldera- with smaller volcanic islands plopped in the middle of it. Past eruptions have graced the south side of the island with three distinctly colored beaches; the Red, the White and the Black Beach, aptly named from the color of the volcanic pebbles with which they are laid. On that side of the island you can also find the ancient Minoan settlement of Akrotiri which features its own museum near the premises. A great way to see most points of interest in a short amount of time is to take a sailing tour, preferably during sunset.

Day 6 - Arrival in Crete
In the morning, your driver will transfer you from your hotel to the port to catch the ferry to Heraklion in Crete. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for a luxurious 4 night stay at a deluxe Elounda resort. Enjoy the in-house facilities of your luxurious resort where you will surely find something for every taste!

Day 7 - Private tour to Spinalonga, Agios Nikolaos & Kritsa
In the morning, you will take a private excursion, designed to offer a glimpse of everything East Crete has to offer. You will first be driven to Plaka to embark a traditional fishing boat and sail to the island of Spinalonga. Fortified by the Venetians, it is also known as the Leper Island, as that is where lepers from Crete and the rest of Greece were quarantined until 1957. We will walk around the islet and explore the restored premises. After sailing back to Plaka, you will be driven to the town of Agios Nikolaos, for a stroll around its charming center, with lively cafes around the lake and quaint little shops. You will continue your adventure with a stop at the 15^th century church of Panagia Kera, to admire its magnificent frescoes and conclude the excursion at the picturesque village of Kritsa, stretched by the slopes of Kastellos Mountain, for a walk around its colorful alleys. Early afternoon return to your resort for some pampering and relaxation.

Day 8 - Experience Elounda (Crete)
Two whole days free at a magnificent 5-star resort to accommodate the largest of sybarites! Your only trouble would be leaving the resort even for a few hours, as its exquisite mix of unique experiences render it a high class destination. The highly trained staff organize kids' activities to provide an enjoyable experience for the whole family! Among the resort's many facilities are restaurants that offer magnificent flavors, with cuisine from the Mediterranean taking center stage. Whether you want to have a relaxing experience at the Elixir Spa, or experience true luxury in the Private Beach Club, you are in the right place!

Day 9 - Return to Athens
After a fulfilling breakfast, bid farewell to Crete as you have a transfer waiting to take you to Heraklion to catch your flight back to Athens. Optionally, before being transported to the airport, you can take a tour of Heraklion and the historic Palace of Knossos, accompanied by a first class guide who will offer in-depth approach and personal attention. There, you will explore the ruins and excavations of the vast ancient palace, and learn about the Greek mythological tales that are linked to it, gaining a rare insight into the Minoan civilization. Back in Athens and since it’s your last night in Greece, we recommend one last hoorah, with a Greek culinary journey in a restaurant with a view of the Acropolis.
