Steer clear of the crowds swarming to the cosmopolitan islands and experience the true spirit of the Aegean with a visit to the picturesque islands of Milos and Naxos. Your exploits begin in Athens, the cradle of modern civilization. Wandering through the city will feel like a roller coaster as you will travel back in time through the myriads of monuments present everywhere, before being jerked back to modern times through the multitude of contemporary art sites that stand between them.

Your first taste of Cyclades comes in Milos, an island with an exciting variety of gorgeous landscapes, consequently offering a wide range of activities, from exploring the island via jeep or hiking, to sailing around its coastline and everything in between. Milos' unspoiled natural beauty and remote and serene beaches are bound to be the setting of an unforgettable vacation. The Sarakiniko beach especially seems like an extra-terrestrial site due to the winds and waves smoothing out the soft volcanic rocks of the shore in surreal shapes. Your next stop in your aquatic adventure will be Naxos. There, you will discover some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Greece, and get a feel of the more traditional side of the country. Whether, you enjoy luxurious catamaran tours or discovering small villages on the mountainside, good times are sure to be had in Naxos. Enjoy a slower pace of life through a package designed to help you escape your everyday troubles.

  • Day 1 – Arrival in Athens
    On arrival you will be meet our assistant who is there to welcome you to Athens and help you in any way possible. Your personal driver will then take you to your hotel in the capital to get some well-earned rest. Begin your acquaintance with Athens in any way you please. Dinner at Thissio or Psirri in a traditional tavern is highly recommended!

  • Day 2 - Arrival in Milos
    Your vacation in the Aegean is about to begin as our assistant transfers you from your hotel to the port. Sail to Milos via ferry and in the port our local collaborator will be waiting to take you to your hotel. No time to waste as you will no doubt be eager to begin your exploration of Adamas, the main town of Milos!

  • Days 3 & 4 – Explore Milos
    Exciting opportunities abound in Milos, with the island being full of interesting sites and activities. The picturesque village of Klima, near Plaka, is known not only for its fish taverns, but also for ‘syrmata’ the traditional and colorful houses that have been carved into the rocks. If you wish to take a swim, look no further than Sarakiniko, a beach straight out of a science fiction novel, as the white volcanic rocks have been slowly sculpted by the wind and the waves to look like something completely extra-terrestrial. For visitors with a knack for history, the ancient theater of Tripiti and the local Catacombs are among the many archaeological sites on the island.

  • Day 5: Arrival in Naxos
    Your driver will transfer you from your hotel to the port to board the ferry to Naxos. On arrival you will once again be transferred to your selected hotel by our local collaborator. Take the rest of the day to acclimate to the Naxian rhythms and enjoy some graviera with wine from Naoussa!

  • Days 6 & 7 – Enjoy Naxos
    Naxos’ fertile landscape and relatively large size provide a diverse ecosystem, with sandy beaches, mountains and more famously, the cedar forest at Alyko. Picturesque villages like Chalki and Apeiranthos retain the traditional Cycladic style, while Kastro still shows Venetian influences. Ancient ruins are spread around the island, with Portara and the Temple of Demeter enjoy a larger popularity due to their historic significance. Being the largest of the Cycladic islands means that Naxos can offer ample opportunity for hiking and mountain biking, both of which are extremely popular on the island. For the daredevils out there, in Mikri Viglia beach, you can take up windsurfing and kitesurfing!

  • Day 8 - Return to Athens
    In the morning a transfer will be waiting for you from your hotel to the Naxian port in order to catch the ferry back to Athens. One last chance for a traditional Greek meal, so why not enjoy it on a roof garden with a view of the Acropolis spectacularly lit at night?

  • Day 9 - Departure from Athens
    After a fulfilling breakfast, meet our assistant at the lobby of your hotel and catch a ride to the airport for your flight back home.
