Begin a culinary journey around Athens by traversing historic neighborhoods of the center and visiting 4-5 local establishments which offer more than 15 different tastings! make sure to bring an adventures mind and an empty stomach!
Our first stop will be a local deli where you will be given the chance to sample the cornerstones of Greek cuisine. Olives and olive oil, cheeses, honey and cold cuts take center stage and sampling a variety of them will help you refine your palate and better understand the basis of the local diet. Our next stop will take place at a family restaurant where you will be acquainted with the concept of meze: small dishes meant to be shared with everyone.
