• Fill in all the information of each guest separately in each "Person X" field.
• The information below will only be used to complete your bookings to our various travel providers (Tour organizers, Cruise companies, Hotels, Air/Sea Travel companies etc) and not for marketing purposes in any way.
• Your First, Middle and Last names should be the same as in the travel document you intend to use. Change fees may apply in case of a mistake.
• In case you later notice any mistake in the information you provided, please contact your personal Fantasy travel agent prior to your arrival.
• It is recommended that your passport has at least 6 months validity to avoid potential travel disruptions.
