  • Holy Tuesday (April 30th) - Arrival in Athens
    On arrival at the Athens International Airport, our representative will be waiting to welcome you and answer any questions you may have regarding you upcoming adventure! Subsequently you will be escorted to your car and transferred to your hotel by your personal driver. Your first night in Athens is at your leisure in order to explore the Greek capital as you see fit! You can never go wrong with finding a cozy tavern in Thissio with live music and a view of the Acropolis!

  • Holy Wednesday (May 1st) - Athens Half Day Sightseeing Tour
    In the morning we will pick you at your hotel or nearby for the half day Athens sightseeing tour, the ideal way to condense millennia of history in just a few short hours. This carefully planned tour will take you to many historical sites which include the Greek Parliament in Syntagma Square, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian's Arch, the National Library and of course the Acropolis and its accompanying Museum among many others! The afternoon is at your disposal to explore the Easter vibe that is slowly starting to take over the city!

  • Maundy Thursday (May 2nd) - Arrival in Poros
    In the morning, your driver will transfer you to the port of Piraeus to board the ferry to Poros, a beautiful island on the edge of the Saronic Gulf. After a short ferry ride our local collaborator will be expecting you at the port of Poros in order to drive you to your hotel. In the afternoon you will join a demonstration of the dyeing of red eggs, a major Orthodox Easter tradition. The allegorical significance of the eggs will be explained during the process and afterwards you can use them to participate in the traditional "tsougrisma" or breaking of the eggs. Time permitting, there may also be a baking demonstration of the traditional Tsoureki (Easter bread) and Koulourakia (Easter biscuits) which are mainly served during this time of year throughout Greece!

  • Good Friday (May 3rd) - Epitaphios procession
    Good Friday is a day of mourning in Christianity, but with it comes one of the most creative and beautiful Easter customs. Each church decorates its own symbol for the Tomb of Christ called Epitaphios. Decorated with embroidered and often richly adorned cloth and colorful flowers, this symbol of sacrifice will be paraded throughout the streets in the evening. In the morning you will take a tour to various churches around town and see the different designs of Epitaphioi for yourself. In the evening, you will join the Epitaphios parade down to the Poros waterfront where all the different religious processions meet in a sea of candlelight.

  • Holy Saturday (May 4th) - Easter Celebration
    The morning is at your disposal to explore Poros - perhaps take a swim in the gorgeous Monastery Beach. In the evening you will resume the customs and traditions of the Holy Week with an escorted visit to a church in order to attend part of the first Resurrection Service, which is the official Easter celebration! The whole mass lasts well after midnight but we will only attend part of it in order to proceed to a local tavern for a taste of Mageiritsa. This traditional soup is served only during the Holy Week and is admittedly a somewhat acquired taste. Alternative options will be provided for the less daring among you but we do recommend you give it a try!

  • Easter Sunday (May 5th) - Traditional Easter Feast
    The culmination of the week-long Easter customs is finally upon us! The traditional feast of Easter Sunday is something most Greeks look forward to all year long! One such feast is being prepared at your hotel with unlimited wine flowing as the Easter barbeque or Souvla is slowly cooking all morning. This process takes hours so be prepared to dance, drink and enjoy as every family in Greece is doing during this nation-wide celebration. With the Souvla ready, you will all sit at the table together and embark upon a culinary adventure unlike anything you have experience before!

  • Renewal Monday (May 6th) - Return to Athens & Fly to Santorini
    Our local collaborator will escort you from your hotel to the port of Poros in order to board the boat to Piraeus. Once there, another driver will be waiting to transfer you to the Athens International airport to board a flight to Santorini and begin another chapter on your Greek vacation! Yet another transfer will be waiting on the volcanic island, this time to take you to your selected hotel for some well-earned rest! Travelling may take a lot out of you so take the evening to relax and adjust to the Cycladic rhythm. Find a restaurant to taste some traditional fava and tomatokeftedes and finally understand why Santorinian wines are praised all over Europe!

  • Bright Tuesday (May 7th) - Half-day Santorini Sailing Cruise
    You have the morning free to do as you please, but don't exhaust yourselves because in the afternoon we have a special treat for you! We will pick you up from your hotel or nearby and head to the coast of the crescent-shaped Santorini. From there you will begin an incredible half-day sunset sailing cruise on board of a wonderful catamaran! The crew will draw your attention to some major sites as you sail past them: the Venetian Lighthouse, the Black Mountain, the Red Beach and even the hot springs where you will stop for a short swim! Drinks and BBQ will be flowing constantly and as the sun sets in the Aegean Sea and the sky fills with a splendor of colors, you will make your way back to the shore and prepare for a night out in the town!

  • Bright Wednesday (May 8th) - Explore Santorini
    Time to experience Santorini on your own and make this a truly personal experience! The picturesque villages of Imerovigli, Kamari and Oia give way to some of the most romantic settings you will ever see with the majestic caldera always a glance away. For those wishing to explore the origins of the volcanic wines that are produced on the island combined with local delicacies, we recommend a guided tour around Santorini's Estate wineries. Alternatively, the prehistoric settlement of Akrotiri on the south side of the island can infuse your vacation with a touch of culture as the site houses frescoes and artifacts from the Minoan civilization and is estimated to date back to the 4th Millennium BCE.

  • Bright Thursday (May 9th) - Arrival in Mykonos
    After you've had your breakfast you will join our local collaborator who will drive you to the port of Santorini in order to board the ferry to Mykonos, your next and final destination in this journey. On the port of Mykonos, your personal driver will transport you to your selected hotel. We suggest that you don't stray far from the capital of Chora for your first night out. Thankfully this is where most of the island's restaurants and bars are located and Mykonos is renowned for its vivid nightlife!

  • Bright Friday (May 10th) - Experience Mykonos
    You will have the entire day at your disposal to explore Mykonos the way you always wanted to! Whether you wish to visit the elegant galleries of Chora and bars of Little Venice, take a tour around the island and visit the Armenistis lighthouse and the settlement of Ano Mera or explore the nearby islands of Rinia and Delos, Mykonos can accommodate your every need! For those wishing to swim in the Aegean Sea, Mykonos is also home to some of the most spectacular beaches in the country with Agios Stefanos, Paradise, Kalafatis and Elia being some of the more popular choices.

  • Bright Saturday (May 11th) - Return to Athens
    Bid farewell to Mykonos and meet our collaborator who will escort you to the port in order to board the ferry back to Athens. A private transfer will take you to your selected hotel in the capital for your last night in Greece. This is your last chance to pick up souvenirs for your friends who were not fortunate enough to join you on your trip, so make sure you explore the shops on Hephaestou and Ermou streets!
