Private Myconian Sunset Tour

After we pick you up we will embark on our exploration of Mykonos by heading East to the remote beaches of Lia and Agia Anna which offer beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. Back on the road and we will head towards the heartland of Mykonos and the settlement of Ano Mera. This picturesque village is the only way to experience life as a local. Taste authentic Mykonian cuisine, browse the quaint shops of Ano Mera and of course pay a visit to the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani, the focal point of the village.

With Mykonos being an island of juxtapositions, it is time to leave the piety of Ano Mera for the cosmopolitan glamour of the famous Super Paradise Beach, on the South side of the island. We'll make a 40 minute stop at Tropicana, arguably the most famous beach bar of the area for some well-deserved rest and a slice of the lively side of Mykonos.

This time we'll head to the Western edge of the island to visit the Chapel of Agios Ioannis. Built in 1711, this humble place of worship overlooks the nearby island of Delos, as a narrow strip of sea divides the modern and ancient Greek worlds.

For our next and final stop we will traverse the West side of the island, passing outside Chora on our way. We'll take a quick stop for photos at the Red Windmill which offers a magnificent view of the main town, as well as both the old and new ports. Finally, we'll make our way to the Armenistis Lighthouse just as the sun dips in the Aegean Sea, painting the scenery in a cornucopia of majestic colors. As dusk sets in, we will make our way back to your hotel, as you contemplate the magical landscapes you witnessed.
