It's no secret that the Greek cuisine is one of the best worldwide! The reason? What else but the rich and fertile Greek land which provides us with the freshest and purest ingredients during all seasons. Through Greek Ambrosia, we intend to highlight in the best possible way both the wealth of Greek land and the culinary magic of our country. The particular activity is not a simple cooking demonstration, but a complete culinary experience with you in its very heart! Are you ready for an entertaining journey to the world of Greek gastronomy?

Our experienced food instructor will take you into a game of images and tastes early on, long before you take your place in the kitchen! Together with other friends from around the world you will explore the central market of Athens (Varvakios Agora) and get to know Greek fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Once you have obtained the necessary, you will end up in a specially designed private space, in a historic traditional restaurant in the heart of the city. There, our chef will remind you that the word hospitality (filoxenia) is Greek and the journey of flavors begins with a rakι...

The Greek cooking lesson that you will enjoy for the next few hours, has just started. With the help of the chef you will take part in preparing traditional Greek appetizers like tzatziki and cheese pie, and you will have the opportunity to create your own authentic Greek salad! Then comes the main course, which our chef has selected based on the number of people in the group and the season. As mentioned before, the Greek land offers us excellent delicacies all year round and the most delicious Greek dishes will be prepared by your own hands...

After the preparations are made and the dishes are ready, the culinary experience is completed in the best way possible: It's time to enjoy everything you have prepared with great care! Accompanied by homemade wine you enjoy a perfectly traditional Greek meal, while at the same time socializing with people from all over the world. The journey into the world of Greek cuisine ends with lots of pictures and smiles ... and a souvenir scroll with all the recipes you have prepared yourself, our gift to you!
