Kalimera, Vicky! I just wanted to write and tell you how PERFECT our trip to Greece was, and we have you to thank. All the arrangements were like clock-work; you did such a fantastic job for us! I have already recommended you to several people, for the excellent service you provided. My husband has never been to your beautiful country, and I’d like to plan a trip for he and I, perhaps next year. Once We know that it is a possibility, I’ll contact you again. Thank you again! Just wanted to get back with you and thank you for all you did to set up our travel arrangements for our trip. Everything was just perfect. The hotel in Athens was fine. The one in Mykonos was just fine and the one in Santorini was perfect. The one in Istanbul was okay for location but I wouldn’t recommend it for other things. All the hotel transfers and boat and flight arrangements worked out too. We had quite an experience in your country and in Turkey. We will always remember the beauty and charm of your cities and islands. Thank you again and we will surely recommend your services to others.

Everyone, Everyone was superb. Hotels were excellent, clean, friendly staff and great locations. We were met on time with qualified people. Your recommendations were great. Next time more days on Santorini -- my wife didn't want to leave. (my fault) Thank you for your true professionalism and concern for our needs. The only hotel we didn't care for was the one that I booked! The Hilton rooms were not as clean as expected and food very, very expensive. We have already recommended you to people we met on our flight home -- they are planning a trip next year. This year they did their own arrangements and won't do that again -- 4 days in Athens and then a very fast 5 island -- get off the boat, buy something and then get back on the boat -- cruise. Two days in Athens is enough. We both felt that it's important to see the Acropolis museum first and then the Acropolis.

Hi Marcos - We returned from our trip late last night (Saturday) with no problems on the return flights. Thankfully, British Air was still operating for our Istanbul to London leg, but I understand there may be a strike by the flight attendant union starting on Monday. We all would like to complement you on the quality of service and accommodations that we received throughout the trip! Everything went very smoothly when we finally got to Athens, and we were able to walk up to the Acropolis that evening from our hotel (no crowds and beautiful weather!). Everywhere we travelled, the Greek people were friendly to us, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was excellent. I certainly appreciate you refunding the charges for the day we missed. You have been very fair with us in all your dealings. I will be happy to give a recommendation for you and your company to anyone travelling to Greece! (and in fact, Patti did recommend you to a couple that she met on one of the flights back). Thanks again for all your help. Rom

Patra, Just wanted to thank you and your staff for our wonderful visit in Athens May 18-21. The Hotel Central was perfect for us -very nice staff and accomodations. We absolutley loved the Plaka area. The bus tours were also very enjoyable. As you know we were on a Mediteranean cruise and I must tell you that Athens was our favorite place of all. Hi Marcos We just got back from the trip to your marvelous country. Above all the good things that we enjoyed, the best was the excellent service that you and Fantasy Travel gave us. When everything promised was so timely and nicely delivered, the excellence came at the time when you take the decision to take us fast and safe out of Santorini before the local airline strike hits. That was a perfectly coordinated operation that saved the rest of our vacation and it says a lot about how important is to have an agency like Fantasy Travel on your side when in the area. Thank You. Hello Dina, as you know The Pittsburgh Greecers have completed their trip. I just wanted you to know all 8 of us had a great time and would do it again. Several times one of us would comment how well organized the itinerary was and how good of a job you did throughout the preparation stage. Additionally, the Fantasy representatives that met everyone at the airport were very helpful. All of our transportation in Greece was on time (even the ferries) and very accommodating. The only transportation problems we encountered were Carol Galletta being about 9 hours late into Athens and Lynn and my flight being about 6 hours late into Pittsburgh. There isn’t much anyone thought they would change if they did the trip again. One small thing we did change was the drop off point for the 2 cars rented in Naxos. Instead of driving them back to the port we decided to have them picked up at the hotel because traffic was a little crazy in town. As it worked out the hotel gave us free transportation to the port as a way of pacifying the Gallettas who were kept awake until 4:00 a.m. in the morning by loud music from the Mayor’s party at the hotel. We also rented 2 cars on Santorini along with 2 all-terrain vehicles. We all ate and drank a lot. We only had one meal on Naxos that wasn’t very good. Other than that the restaurants were all quite good. The islanders were all very friendly – Athens hotel workers at the Herodion and Sofitel were cordial but not really friendly. If you ever need someone to be a contact for a new client questioning the reputation of Fantasy Travel just send me an email. I’d be glad to discuss the fine arrangements and service you gave us.
