DAY 1: Leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova (short stop). Arrival in Delphi, visit the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios and the Museum. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight stay. (D)
DAY 2: Morning free. Leave Delphi for an interesting trip through Central Greece and the town of Lamia to Kalambaka. Dinner and overnight stay. (B,D)
DAY 3: Visit Meteora. Amidst striking scenery, perched on huge rocks which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless monasteries where you can see exquisite specimens of Byzantine art. Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (visit the monument of Leonidas). Arrive in Athens early in the evening. (B)
