CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS

Services included:

• Unlimited kilometers after 3 days

• Full Damage Waiver (we do not provide this service)
• Personal Insurance
• Baby Seat
• Delivery / Collection out of the office hours (08:30pm – 08:30am)
• GPS
• Mobile Phone

1. RATES:

            Rates are calculated on the basis of collection/return to the same location.
Rental days are calculated on a 24 – hour basis from the vehicle pick – up .
For over 3 hours delay drop – offs, renter will be charged locally one 
additional day. Partly used vouchers or rentals aborted due to non production
of driving license are non refundable (without the confirmation of the car
rental company).

2. MILEAGE:
Unlimited mileage is included, up to 3 days rental.

3. INSURANCE COVERAGE:
-Third parties: a) Death or damage to 3rd parties up to Euro 500.000
b) Material damage to 3rd parties up to Euro 100.000

• CDW: Collision Damage Waiver Liability, with excess
• TP: Theft Protection covering loss or damage to the car rental company’s vehicle by the following:

Above mentioned insurances does not cover:

• Types
• Mirrors
• Windscreens
• Interiors
• Undercarriage damage or rental vehicle
• Collision damage caused by alcohol
• Abuse as well as traffic law violations

4. DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Free at our offices, at the airport and for hotels in the city of Athens.
For Piraeus port or hotels and hotels in Glyfada, Kavouri, Vouliagmeni, €15 extra charge per way apply.

Gasoline is payable by the renter

7. DRIVERS
Minimum drivers’ age is 23 years old for all car groups
All drivers must show a valid E.U. Driving License issued at least one year before the rental or an International driver’s license if they are from non EU countries.

8. SECURITY DEPOSIT
All renters must show a major credit card with an authorization  € 500 – 1500, depending on the vehicle size, will be requested as deposit for i.e. fuel  consumption, NWR, parking/traffic fines, tolls, etc.

9. DRIVING RESTRICTIONS
National one way rentals are not available.

10. AVAILABILITY
Days can only guarantee a vehicle category, not a specific vehicle model.
If for any reason the reserved vehicle is not available, the car rental company reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no extra cost.
All renters must hold the car rental voucher at the time of pick – up.
